Working in Partnership

Each individual client is at the centre of our partnership approach

Good regular informal and formal communication with all parties ensures we provide the best possible service for our clients.

Integra focuses upon understanding each partner's specific needs and adapting its processes to meet them. We have strong internal and external reporting procedures to ensure all parties are kept up-to-date with key issues. In particular, we seek to:

  • Working closely with the MDT, reporting regularly and proactively as required
  • Jointly developing care and treatment plans with the client at the centre of this
  • Seek ways to improve working practices and training through shared ownership of issues, needs and resources
  • Develop contracts and working practices that give our partners value for money, transparency and flexibility
  • Obtain regular feedback on our performance from our partners.

Integra welcomes referrals for men and women over 18 with a mental health diagnosis and/or an acquired brain injury.

We have residential care, supported accommodation and outreach services in Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Neath, RCT and Swansea.
