Working together, with our partners, to support each individual
Integra values all team members and their individual and shared contribution to supporting every individual to achieve their goals. We recognise our service is only as good as that given by each colleague. We invest significantly in the development of a team ethos and the quality of service provided by all staff.
The individuals we support benefit from continuity of staffing relationships and we are proud our retention of staff rates are significantly above national averages.
All team members are supported by a local manager, our regional support office in Wales and NCG nationally.
Each care home has a registered manager experienced in community-based mental health services. All of our managers hold an NVQ 4 / QCF Level 5 and many have additional qualifications on top (e.g. Institute of Leadership and Management awards). They have a combined 87 years’ experience in care and 50 years’ experience in Mental Health.
Our staff centrally provide a variety of support services that help Integra's overall quality of delivery. This includes central referral, assessment and admission coordination. The names, and responsibilities, of Integra's senior regional management team members are listed below.
