Riversdale House
Our first small group home in Cardiff was registered with the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (now known as the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales) and opened to clients in 2005. It is a large house and was extensively refurbished to a high standard, including ensuite toilets and shower rooms for each of the five bedrooms. It is pleasantly situated in a quiet part of Cardiff overlooking the river Taff, yet is still close to local village amenities and the centre of Cardiff.
This home has an attached annex flat, and this offers potential for clients to benefit from graded exposure to independent living. With time and appropriate support, clients may graduate from the main house to the annexe and on to less supported accommodation in due course.

Ty Newydd
Our second small group home, a short distance away, was opened in May 2006 in an area with many local amenities and services. It is on a bus route for easy access to the city centre and shops are a short walk away. Community services can be accessed by foot, car or bus.
The house itself is similar to others nearby and blends in accordingly. It has five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and leads to the dining room. There is a conservatory, main living room and a spacious quiet room.
Coach House
Our third small group home, the Coach House, was historically a coach house for the original Riversdale House. It is a large traditional stone built property adjacent to the rear of Riversdale House with gardens and parking. It has ample communal living space with a modern kitchen and conservatory. The property is suitable for up to four service users who each have a large first floor bedroom.
New Homes
Integra is in the process of opening new homes in nearby local authorities in 2008.
