Our Staff

Integra believes that our staff team is our most valuable asset. This is why we seek to hire the best, invest in their professional development, and promote from within the company.

We endeavour to provide industry leading training and development with comprehensive programmes offered both internally and externally. We care about each individual member of staff and want to support them in their career development.

We are determined to retain our best staff and acknowledge the necessity to create a working environment that is happy, stable and enjoyable to work in.

We aim to work with each employee in a personal way, in order to utilise their highest potential, creating a mutually rewarding working relationship, and providing opportunities for staff to grow in their roles and advance in their careers.

As an expanding service, we are currently looking for high quality, dedicated, client-centred care practitioners and managers for our small group homes in South Wales.

We also look for a commitment to learning, to person-centred practice, to working as a member of a team and that you enjoy participating in all kinds of different activities. We expect you to have a lot of fun too!

We are currently interviewing individuals with the following attributes:

 Enjoy working with people

 Enthusiasm
